The Krusty Moors describe their music as Irish folk rock.
While most bands don't like being pidgeonholed into one catagory of music,
the Krusty Moors are exactly what they confess to being-Irish Folk and Rock.
The odd hint of Bluegrass and swing among other flavours will be found in their recipe for fun.

The Krusty Moors are:

vox, guitar, mandolin, tin whistle

Fiddle, viola, spoons, backing vox

Drums, Cajan, backing vox

Double Bass, Guitar, vox
The Krusty Moors came into being as a phoenix from the ashes of the "Diggers",
a well toured folk band of which Oli and Scruffy were members.
As the other members of the "Diggers" moved on to new careers and countries,
Oli and Scruffy kept the home fires burning.
Daniel and Chris joined up through playing at the famous sessions in
Scruffy's Irish pub in Karlsruhe.
The Krusty Moors play an exciting mix of old traditional folk songs and tunes gathered
from a wealthy history of music found in Ireland, Scotland and other Celtic regions.
Some of the highlights are their own tunes, the compositions constructed in the mad
minds of Scruffy O'Krusty and the lads.
Scruffy's lyrics, combined with the fabulous flowing fiddling of Electro Daniel,
dramatic drumming of "Digger" Oli and boombastic bass of Krusty Chris are
the making of the perfect party.
Constant touring and every monday night playing sessions at Scruffy's Irish Pub,
have tightened the band up, into a very professional act.
Looking forward to seeing ye at a wild night of folky fun soon.
As Chris sings, "Have a drink on me", but of course we're not paying.
